DotNetNuke is the engine for the online Content Management System that lets you construct and build a site online without needing any specific tools.  One of the best features of this is that you can update the site from anwhere in the world, and you can share the admin tasks with colleagues in different locations with the ability to grant different levels of access either to the entire site, individual pages or individual sections of a page.
